We can purchase high-tech surveillance equipment to use to identify
graffiti vandals in the act of vandalizing property. The equipment
can also be used for other police suraeillance.

It is very difficult to actually catch graffiti vandals in the
act of co�itting their crime of painting on public and private
property. The use of surveillance carmeras will enhance the
effort o£ the police to identify and arrest graffiti vandals.
