Definitions. 10 11 For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in 12 this section. 13 14 (3) Owner: Those shown to be the owner or owners on the records of the Ramsey County 15 Department of Properry Tucation, e� those identified as the owner or owners on a vacant building lb registration form, holder of an unrecorded contract for deed, a mortgaeee or vendee in possession, a 17 mortga¢or or vendor in possession, assi�nee of rents, receiver, executor, trustee, lessee, other 18 pezson, fnm or co,r�oration in control of the freehold of the premises or lesser state therein._ Any 19 such person shall have a joint and several obligation for compliance with the provisions of this 2Q chapter.
