An ordinance to authorize the
dispensation of intoxicating liquor
pursuant to Laws 1993, chapter 350,
at the Como Park Clubhouse and Lakeside Pavilion.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1
Section 409.18 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:

dispense into�cating liquor at any event of definite duration on the public

as a fiind raising event for a nonprofit organization or a political committee as
defined in Minnesota Statutes, Section 210A.01, Subdivision 8. The licensee must
he engaged to dispense into�cating liquor at the event held by a person or
organization permitted to use the premises and may dispense intoxicating liquor
only to persons attending the event. A licensee's authority shall eapire upon
termination of the contracted event. The authority to dispense intoaticating liquor
shall be granted in accordance with the statutes applicable to the issuance of on-
sale licenses in cities of the first class consistent with L,aws of Minnesota for 1981,
Chapter 335, a� Laws 1983, Chapter 25�;,;�id;:�:��;;p�?�f���i`;�i�;��.�
