WAEREAS, this work was original(y adopted 6y City Council Resolution 01-1311, knovm as Log #SU-6600817, and
WHEREAS, additional funding i5 needed for two emergency projec[s, to construc[ a deep access shaft in
rock to a sanitary sewer tunnel and pay for inspection services to inspect steel beams in 106+ year old sewer, and
WIIEREAS, there is sufficient funding in the 2001 Major Sewer Repair program to cover these cosu, so
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the CiTy of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor
that $I 14,81I.00 is available for appropriation in the 2002 Capital Improvement Budgets, as hererofore
adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further arnended in the following particulazs:
