INITIATING ACTION This improvement was initiated by a peririon signed by 100% of the abutting properry owners. The alley is platted 20 feet wide. The alley is nnimproved. The surface of the alley is oiled. PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT Grade the alley to a width of 16 feet and place hot mix bitnminous pavement.
