Initiating Action Public Works installed nineteen, above standard, twin lantern Style Street Lights System on White Bear Ave. from Larpenteur Ave. to Hoyt Ave. Proposed Improvements The area will be set up as a Special Assessment District. Positive Benefits The City will be able to assess for the lighting portion of the operation and maintenance of the above standard system. Adverse Effects None.
