Two 5-globe fixtures and two 3-globe fixtures are currently installed on the future Temperance Street and the north side of Ninth Street. The yearly operation and maintenance cost for the lights east of the future extension of Temperance St. is estimated at $1,037.00. Two 5-globe fixtures and five 3-globe fixtures are currently installed on the east side of Sibley Street, the south side of Tenth Street and the north side of Ninth Street. The yearly operation and maintenance cost for the lights east of the Sibley St. is estimated at $1,575.00. Initiating Action Housing Development installed eleven, above standard, Globe Style Street Lights System on Ninth St., Tenth St., Sibley St., and Temperance St. Proposed Improvements The area will be added into the Lowertown Maintenance Area. Positive Benefits The City will be able to assess for the lighting portion of the operation and maintenance of the above standard system. Adverse Effects None.
