PAUL FINAL ORDER CO L F L NO. 06-424 B — I � — File 18976A Voting V7ard 2 Green Sheet No. _3030601 In the Matter of improving OSCEOLA AVENUE (32 feet wide) from Milton Street to Victoria Street with existing sandstone pavers. The improvements will also include concrete driveway aprons and outwalks, and boulevards landscaped with sod and trees. The existing granite curb will be reset, and the sma11 section of existing sandstone curb will be replaced with stockpiled granite. The existing lantern lighting system will be refurbished and reinstalled. In addition, appropriate sanitary sewer repairs will be made, lead water services in the right of way will be replaced, and storm sewer and sanitary sewer connections will be made at the request of property owners. This street is being done as part of the CHATSWORTH/GOODRICH RSVP (Residential Street Vitality Project). under Preliminary Order 06-157 approved February 15, 2006 The Council of the City of Saint Paul has conducted a public hearing upon the above improvement, due notice thereof having been given as prescribed by the City Charter; and WHEREAS, The Council has heard all persons, objections and recommendations pertaining to said proposed improvement and has fully considered the same; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby order that the above-described improvement be made, and the proper City officers are hereby directed and authorized to proceed with the improvement; and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, That upon the completion of said improvement, the proper City officers shall calculate all expenses incurred therein and shall report the same to the City Council in accordance with Chapter 14 of the City Charter.
