The early retiree incentive program caused four vacancies in the Real Estate division.
In order to distribute this reduction within the department, it was agreed that a Clerk-
Typist II be transferred from the Accounting Division to the Real Estate Division. This
position will assume the clerical duties of the Assessment and Valuation Aides.
ANTAGESIFAPPqOVED:
This sfiift will allow the Real Estate division to maintain its current level of service.
Assessments, hearing schedules and notices to property owners will be processed in a
timely manner.
