Attached are a Summary of Engineering Recommendations, an area map, and a Green Sheet. Please notify me in advance of the mailing of the Public Hearing notice, so that we may include in the mailing a notice of a neighborhood meeting to be held a few weeks prior to the Council hearing. INITIATING ACTION This improvement was iniriated by a petirion signed by 59% of the abutting properiy owners. EXISTING CONDITIONS The alley is platted 20 feet wide. The alley is unimproved. The surface of the alley is gravel. PROPOSEDIMPROVEMENT Grade the alley to a width of 16 Feet and place hot mix bifimiuous pavement.
