O3 � - 1� BY � /_ 4O FILE NO. 1 977 VOTING WARD 7 In the Matter of Improving BARCLAY STREET from Case Avenue north to the railroad right-of-way with new asphalt and doing all other work necessary to complete said improvements as part of the Barclay Street Paving Project_ The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: E 2 3 That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $9,686.13 financed by 2002 Capital Improvement Bonds $8,301.13 and Assessments $1,385.00. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 26th dav of March, 2003, at 5:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
