New curb, gutter, catch basins, clay pavers, new street lightina and streetscape. The Downtown Phase II Landmark Plaza is scheduled to start the first week of Au�ust and be coinpleted by the end of October, 2002. The work consists of total reconstruction of the streets and intersections. Downtown Phase II Librarv The work will start as soon as the tunnel work is completed.
