PURPOSE To acquire these property rights for developing a Pedestrian/Bike Trail and Underpass along I.exington Pazkway in the Como Pazk area. INITIATING ACTION The Saint Paul Pazks and Recreation has available Federai Funds for use in developing this project. Said funds have to be used before this fa11 or Pazks may lose this funding to develop this trail. FUNDING The estimated project cost is $1.4Million Dollazs with 1Million Dollazs coming from Federal Funds and $400,000 from City Funds. The estimate for acquiring the property rights is $60,000. MANAGEMENT The Real Estate Division in the Department of Technology and Management Services will be acquiring the property rights for Pazks and Recreation. PURPOSE To acquire these property rights for developing a Pedestrian/Bike Trail and Underpass along I.exington Pazkway in the Como Pazk area. INITIATING ACTION The Saint Paul Pazks and Recreation has available Federai Funds for use in developing this project. Said funds have to be used before this fa11 or Pazks may lose this funding to develop this trail. FUNDING The estimated project cost is $1.4Million Dollazs with 1Million Dollazs coming from Federal Funds and $400,000 from City Funds. The estimate for acquiring the property rights is $60,000. MANAGEMENT The Real Estate Division in the Department of Technology and Management Services will be acquiring the property rights for Pazks and Recreation.
