The Northem Wazehouse Building property is described as: L,ots I, 2, 3, and 4 in Block 61 of Kittson's Addirion to Saint Paul; together with that part of the adjacent alley that accrued thereto by reason of the vacation thereof; together with that part of Pine Street, as vacated, that accured thereto by teason of the vacation thereof. IhTITIATING ACTION: This improvement was initiated by the Northem Wazehouse Building owner upon request by the Ciry of Saint Paul. EXISTING CONDITIONS The existing structural walk azea serves as a roof for the azeaway beneath and as a raised loading dock facility for the adjacent Northern Wazehouse Building. The existing sevctural walk is in poor condition and must be reconstrvcted.
