Areaway reconstruction in front of City Hall Annex - This work was done as part of Wabasha West Project. The building management has agreed to pay for the construction cost of $100,000 and be assessed at 100%. This was compieted at a cost of $119,067.92 2. Areaway construction for the Lowry Professional Building on fifth Stret - this work has not been done as of yet and is proposed for this spring at a cost of $226,000. It will include the relocation of all utilifies, the building of a new wall and to fill the areaway under the sidewalk. 3. Extra work abutting the Lowry Squaze Building (Old Lowry Hotel) - Work was requested by the building owner to relocate the newly built planters and add more planters. The cost of this is $45,000 with 100% to be assessed. This was completed at a cost of $57,716.37. 4. Entryway work abutting the Victory Ramp property - work was requested by the building owner to reconshuct the sidewalk between the right-of-way and the building front. Cost of this project was $7,525 and is completed. 5. Radison Hotel - Work was done in front of their Wabasha Street side door.
