Rail mainline track, piace barricades at the ends of the alley at the track area, and improve the ditches adjacent to the railroad tracks. Grade the alley to a width of 16' and place hot bituminous pavement. The surface of the alley is dirt and gravel. The alley crosses C.P. Rail mainline track. PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT Close the alley crossing at the C.P. Rail mainline track, piace barricades at the ends of the alley at the track area, and improve the ditches adjacent to the railroad tracks. Grade the alley to a width of 16' and place hot bituminous pavement.
