Existing Conditions Lighting in this azea is cunently provided by bent straw lighting. Proposed Improvements Installation of 9 banner/light pylon poles (on the median), each with 5 luminaries. Positive Benefits This will be an attractive lighting system from which banners will be hung and illuminated. Adverse Effects This entire system is above standard, thereby resulting in additional capital, maintenance and operating costs. Time Schedule Construction to begin in spring/summer of 2000.
