We reguest a 3' easement behind the properiy line on both the east and west side of Hamline Avenue from Marshali Avenue to Concordia Avenue. Typically, we would place the street light 4' back from the face of curb. In this situation, that places the light in the sidewalk area and also potentiaily conflicts with overhead utilities.
