and the Council having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative
thereto, and having fully considered the same; herefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby orders said
improvement to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Council hereby determines the estate required
for this improvement to be easements as described
above; and the City officers and City Attorney are hereby authorized and
directed to take all actions necessary to acquire said real estate by purchase or
eminent domain.
Further Resolved, That the Council hereby determines that the estate required
for this improvement be as described above, and that the proper City officers submit
a report to the City Council for the purpose of the Council's making an award of

Juan, would you please take the necessary steps to arrange for a permanent lighting easement for
the purpose of Street Lightang installation. We reguest a 3' easement behind the properiy line on
both the east and west side of Hamline Avenue from Marshali Avenue to Concordia Avenue.
Typically, we would place the street light 4' back from the face of curb. In this situation, that
places the light in the sidewalk area and also potentiaily conflicts with overhead utilities.
