Owners of all three parcels have signed Waivers of Notification of Assessment, allowing the work to be done as soon as possible. The work was completed as a part of the Como/Arona project, and needs a roval to be added to the official assessment listin s. DVANTAGES IF APPROVED: Street would have an improved driving surface and better water drainage from rain and melting snow. ISADVANTAGES IF APPROVED: A porfion of the cost of the improvements would be assessed against the bene�tted properties, remaining on the ro er records until aid off.
