are hereby directed and authorized to proceed with the improvement; and be it

INITIATING ACTION:
This improvement was initiated by a petition signed by 67% of the property owners.
EXISTING CONDTTIONS:
The alley is platted 15 feet wide. The surface of the alley is oiled.
PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT:
Grade the alley to a width of 14' and place a hot mix bituminous pavement.
