NG PROBLEM, ISSTJE, OPPORTU➢QITP (Who, What, When, Where, Why?):
Some homes in this area have old septic systems that should be replaced with connections to a sanitary sewer
system. To install the sewer work needed for this, it will be necessazy to acquire easements for their
construction and future maintenance.
IF APPROVED:
New sewer can be constructed as planned, allowing connections to the City's sewer system.
IFAPPROVED:
Owners oF affected properties would have an encumbrance on their properties. Also, the City will be
obligated to pay compensation to the property owners for the taking of the easements.
DISADVANTAGES IF NOT APPROVED:
Sewer could not be built as planned. Another location would have to be found, or no connections
would be available for the nearby residents.
