The community wiii benetit from this project because it will provide safe detect trea sidewalks tor its many citizans. The sidewalk contracts are executed by private contractors, so it follows that private sector jobs are created as a resuR of this ac[ivity. Iiistoricalfy, the sidewaik reconstructions have created negative feedback in the area of construction procedura and assessmant.
