within a road easement granted to the City of Saint Paul dated October 13, 1950 for
a public service road known as "Norpac Road", and that portion of vacated East

for this improvement be as described above, and that the proper City officers submit

that the estimated cost thereof is $7,500 financed by Water Utility.
That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 4th day of March,l998,
at 5:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Ha11 and Court House
Building in the City of Saint Paul.
That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner
provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of
the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.

Industrial Park; thence northerly along the east line of said Block 1, a
distance of 50.00 feet to the beginning of the line to be described; thence
southwesterly, deflecting to the left
135 degrees 00 minutes OD seconds, a distance of 35.36 feet, more or
less, to a point 25.00 feet west of the east line of said Block 1, and
said line there terminating.
Also, that part o£ the Burlington Northern, Sante Fe Railroad right-of-way
which lies between the west right-of-way line of Jackson Street and a line

Minnesota, which lie west of a line drawn parallel with and 40.00 feet west of the
west right-of-way line of vacated Agate Street and that portion o£ Lot 21 Block 1,
Ransom's Addition to Saint Paul which lies west o£ a line drawn parallel with and
80.00 feet northeasterly of Soo Line's (formerly Minneapolis, St Paul and Sault Ste.
Marie Railroad Company's) Main track centerline as now located and constructed.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:

That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and
that the estimated cost thereof is $7,500 financed by Water Utility.
That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 4th day of March,l998,
at 5:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Ha11 and Court House
Building in the City of Saint Paul.
That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner
provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of
the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.

parts o£ Lots 19 and 20, Block l, Ransom's Addition to Saint Paul, according to the
plat thereof and of record in the Office of the County Recorder of Ramsey County,
Minnesota, which lie west of a line drawn parallel with and 40.00 feet west of the
west right-of-way line of vacated Agate Street and that portion o£ Lot 21 Block 1,
Ransom's Addition to Saint Paul which lies west o£ a line drawn parallel with and
80.00 feet northeasterly of Soo Line's (formerly Minneapolis, St Paul and Sault Ste.
Marie Railroad Company's) Main track centerline as now located and constructed.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:

That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and
that the estimated cost thereof is $7,500 financed by Water Utility.
That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 4th day of March,l998,
at 5:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Ha11 and Court House
Building in the City of Saint Paul.
That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner
provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of
the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
