EXISTING CONDITIONS: The 4oca! streets in the project area inc(ude, oiled and older paved streets. Some of the oiled streets have sections of concrete curb. The oiled street surfaces are in fair to poor condition. The oiled streets have N.S.P. wood pole lighting. PROPOSED{MPROVEMENTS: Improve the following oiled and older paved local residentiai streets by the construction of concrete curb and gutter, new bituminous surfaced roadway, concrete driveway aprons and boulevard sodding and a lantern style street lighting system.
