RIITIATING ACTION: This improvement was initiated by a petition signed by 78% of the property owners. The property owners abutting the alley have requested that four properties tha[ do not have access to the alley not be assessed. The assessments on the remainder of the properties will be increased to cover the costs of the project. The alley is platted 16 feet wide. The surface of the alley is oiled.
