improvement to be made.
Elirther Resolved, That the Council hereby determines that tlze estate required
for this improvement be as described above, and that the proper City officers submit
a report to the City Council for the purpose of the Council'5 making an award of
damages for the interest acquired and determination of assessments, if any, against
the benefitted property.
