acquisition of temporary easeineuts for this project was approved. Tl�ose easements, �;�hich expire on
January 1, 1998, need to be eaKended to Jui}� 1, 1999.

Bridge work can reswne this spring.
DISADVAI�TAGES IF APPROVED:
Easenient damages would have to be paid to compensate the owners for the temporary loss of
the use of part of their property.

Aid.
That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 3rd day of December,
1997, at 4:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court
House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner
provided by the Charter, stating the Cime and place of hearing, the nature of
the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
