North of Morton (bounded by Ottawa, Baker, Smith and Morton) by grading
and paving with bituminous material. Also, condemning and taking an
easement in the land necessary for the slopes, cuts and fills, including right of
removal of lateral support from subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned
by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the grading and paving of
said alley.
INITIATING ACTION:
This improveznent was initiated by a petition signed by 75% of the property
owners. The project will be coordinated with the Page/Cherokee RSP project.
EXISTING CONDITIONS:
The alley is platted 10 feet wide. The surface of the alley is dirt.
PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT:
Grade the alley to a width of 10' and place a hot mix bituminous pavement.
