EX{STING CONDIT{ON: The Project area is presently not served by sanitary or storm sewers. PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS: Sanitary and storm sewer construction on Atlantic Street, e�ending the existing mains, located approximately 700 feet north of East Seventh Street, under the Great Northern Railroad tracks to the north, 250 feet. Gravel street reconstruction. ALTERNA7IVE: To do nothing would leave these properties with no available sewer facilities. POSITIVE BENEFITS: Storm and sanitary sewers will be provided to property that were previously unsewered.
