EXISTING CONDITION: The Project area is presently not served by a sanitary sewer. PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS: Sanitary sewer construction from the existing main in Kennard to Lacrosse and then 230' East on Lacrosse. Existing roads are gravel and wiil be restored with 4" of Class V. ALTERNATIVE: To do nothing wou{d require the property owner to repair or repface faifing septic system. • POSITIVE BENEFITS: Public sewer will be available to properties currently served by private sewer systems and some undeveloped properties. ADVERSE EFFECTS: Normal problems associated with construction such as noise, dust and general disruption, wili be present.
