This is one of seven RSP projects selected by the Departmerrt of Public Worlcs, approved by the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee , and the City Council ( Councii Resolution 95-302). This Project is one of two Projects that was given a Third priority for construction ADVANTAGESIFAPPROVED: A newly rebuiH roadway, with new curb and gutter, wi{{ restore the drivebitity of this street and co�iinue our efforts to improve the street system in Saint Paui. The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is per connection assessed at the actual cost in effect at the time of installation. 2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the lOth day of .Tanuary, 1996, at 3:3� a'clock P.M., in the Council ! Chambers of the City Hall and Court flouse Building in the City of Saint Paul. 3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nazure of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
