Dear Property Owner:
Your neighbors asked the Public Works Departrnent to develop preliminary
estimates for paving the alley bounded by Chatsworth, James, Milton and
Randolph. You are invited to an information meeting to find out about the
plans, the financing, and the proposed construction schedule. Time and
place for the meeting:
THURSDAY, JANUARY 5, 1995, 7:00 P.M.
WEST SEVENTIi FEDERATION OFFICES

Total cost of the project would be approximately $27,540.00. The project
would be paid for through property assessments. A Real Estate Division
representative will be at the information meeting and can teil you what the
assessment for your property would be.
Construetion could begin in the summer of 1995. It should be completed in
about thirty (30} days.
The meeting we are inviting you to is informational only. Any final decisions
on the proposed project will be made at an official public hearing in the City
Hall Chambers of the City Council. Notice of that meeting is included in this
mailing.

The alley is platted 20 feet wide. The surface of the alley is oiled.
