The dates are: Wednesday, February 24th; Wednesday, Apri128th; Wednesday, 6 June 23rd; Wednesday, August llth; Wednesday, October 20th; and Wednesday, December 8th, 7 2010 8 9 WHEREAS, these seminars will be conducted at 389 Hamline Avenue N, Saint Paul, MN. 10 ll WHEREAS, these seminars are � now mandated by the City Council, via the Department of Safety 12 and Inspections, through its Certificate of Occupancy program inspectors. 13 14 WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Police Department will enter into agreements to provide training 15 materials, training supplies, a confinental breakfast, and lunch at these six (6) on�day trainings. 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 WHEREAS, the purpose of these trainings is to offer topics that are indispensable for rental property owners and managers. Topics include: leases, lease addendums, tenant screening; worldng with law enforcement, Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), narcotics identification, and evictiou actions. Be it ordered that pursuant to the Crime Free Multi-Housing program's budget, the proper City of5cials are hereby authorized to remit an amount not to exceed a total of $ 300.00 per training for the year 2010, to the necessary sources of training materials, supplies, continental breakfast, and iunch.
