Attached is an Administrative Order from Public Works proposing to move $1,026,630
out of the 2009 Sewer System Rehab program and into the 2009 Stormwater Quality
Improvements program. Due to a data entry error during the Council phase of the 2009
budget process, the 2009 Stormwater Quality Improvement program was erroneously cut
by $1,400,000, and the 2009 Sewer System Rehab program was overstated by the same
amount. $373,370 of this total was already transferred for a specific project (GS#
3073416). This Administrative Order would correct the remaining balance of that error.

During the 2009 budget process the 2004 Stormwater Quality Tmprovement program was inadvertently combined with the 2009 Sewer
System Rehabilita[ion program. The Department of Public Works would like [o keep these two programs separate from each other.
The original budget for the Stomiwater Quality Improvements program was $1,400,OOQ but a resolution moving $373,370 to the 2009
RSVP program was done under GS#3073416.
