Due to a data entry error during the Council phase of the 2009 budget process, the 2009 Stormwater Quality Improvement program was erroneously cut by $1,400,000, and the 2009 Sewer System Rehab program was overstated by the same amount. $373,370 of this total was already transferred for a specific project (GS# 3073416). This Administrative Order would correct the remaining balance of that error.
