ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
Pursuant Yo the 2009 City Budget, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to remit
payment for all costs associated with the Saint Paul Fire Department Citizen Academy not to
exceed $600.00. The public purpose of this event is to provide community leaders the opportunity
to learn about all the services the fire department provides, to participate in live firefightiug
experiences and receive life long skills such as CPR and home fire safety techniques. This will pay
for all costs including food and beverages incurred by the Saint Paul Fire Department for the
Citizen Academy held on Thursday evenings from September 10, 2009 through October 1, 2009 at
the fire department training facilities at 1683 Energy Park Drive.
A copy of said order is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of F7tnancial Services.
