The EMS Academy is an opportunity for yound adults in Ramsey County to receive training to prepare for a career in fire and/or EMS service. This will pay for all costs incurred by the Saint Paul Fire Department to hold a graduation ceremony for the EMS Academy participants on September 10, 2009 at the Dayton's Bluff Recreation Center.
