Pursuant to the 2009 City Budget, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to remit
payment for Saint Paul Fire/Police Summer Fun Open House not to exceed $300.00. The public
purpose of this event is community education involving the Saint Paul Fire Department and the
Saint Paul Police Department demonstrations, exhibits, activities, food, and fun. This will pay for
all costs incurred by the Saint Paul Fire Department for the Summer Fun Open House on
July 20, 2009, at Saint Paul Ftire Station 8located on Minnesota Street and 10` Street.
A copy of said order is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.
