Outside agencies participating in the task force are not compensated for their staffs time by task force. This is specialized investigauve training. The training provides an opportuniry for the prosecutor to discuss cases n offier attorneys from azound the country that specialize in ICAC cases. Approval of the administrative order will allow a participant of the ICAC Task Force, who is not a city employee, to receive training on prosecuting ICAC cases at a minimal cost.
