BE IT ORDERED, that the proper City officiais are hereby authorized and directed to execute Lease
Agreement NHI'U01 Addendum II with Hillcrest Shopping Center LLC, formerly 5005 Properties Inc.,
to provide 5,339 square feet of office space for one year for the Office of Neighborhood Housing and
Property Improvement at 1612 White Bear Avenue.

WHEREAS, Lease Agreement NFIPU01 was entered into by and between Hillcrest Shopping
center LLC, formerly 5005 Properties, Inc., hereinafter called the "LESSOR", and the City of
Saint Paul, hereinafter called the "LESSEE", on October 1, 2001 for 5,339 square feet of office
space; and
WHEREAS, the said Lease Agreement NIIPU01 will
