pedestrian bike trail and tunnel near the intersection of Lexington Parkway North and Jessamine Avenue
from May 29 through June 1, 2004.

provided to the Saint Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation.
I l Resolution - 04 -511 - Authorizing the Department of Fire and Safety Services to apply for a grant
from the Wal -Mart Foundation for the purchase of smoke detectors to be given away to the general

14.Resolution - 04 -514 - Approving the application with conditions, per the Legislative Hearing Officer,
for Gambling Location, Liquor On Sale -100 Seats or Less (C), Liquor On Sale 2 AM Closing, Liquor On
Sale - Sunday, Restaurant (B) -More than 12 Seats Licenses by JC &MTM, Inc. dba Herges, 981 University
Avenue West.
15.Resolution - 04 -515 - Amending Council File 04 -115 and granting Wally Nelson, Renovation, Inc.,
180 days to complete rehabilitation of the property at 690 Burr Street.
16.Resolution - 04 -516 - Authorizing the Minnesota Thunder Soccer team to use the City's Liquor
License at Dunning Softball Facility.

responsibilities for proprietors; prohibiting retaliation; and providing penalties for violation.
24.First Reading - 04 -521 - An ordinance exempting off -sale licenses issued to hotels /motels from the
calculation of the half -mile radius in the downtown business district and creating a half -mile radius
around the Xcel Energy Center in which off -sale liquor establishments are prohibited.
