associated with processing, preparing and presenting zoning applications to City agencies.
53. Resolution - 04 -1225 - Approving a Single Family Housing Finance Program to be financed by the
issuance of single family mortgage revenue bonds and mortgage credit certificates.
54. Resolution - 04 -1226 - Increasing the Sewer Availability Charge (SAC) from $1,350 per SAC to
$1,450 per SAC beginning January 1, 2005.
55. Resolution - 04 -1227 - Approving the petition of David Thorton to vacate a portion of Galtier Street
