Pursuant to the 2003 City Budget, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to remit payment
for graduation ceremony expenses not to exceed $1,250.00. This wiil pay for all costs incurred by
the Department of Fire and Safety Services to hold a formal graduation ceremony for the new
firefighters on December 19, 2003 at the Regions Hospital Atrium.

Adaptive Recreation events, classes and activities where food is served. These events or classes aze centered around the
production of ineals or have food as part of the activity. Currently, there are 15 named events, classes or activities some of
which meet mukiple time per year. These events, classes and activities are part of the Adaptive Recreation Programs offered
to Saint Paul residents for [he purpose of education, fun, self esteem, self reliance, a sense of social belonging and the
elimination of boredom and loneliness.
