8. Resolution - 02 -31 - Holding Ramsey County and the City of Roseville harmless for its use of

9. Resolution - 02 -32 - Authorizing the Police Department to accept a donation of $3,000.00 from the

County for services related to staffing of the Ramsey County Curfew and Truancy Center from October

accordance with Minnesota Statutes §410.12 to eliminate the limitation of six administrative

22. First Reading - 02 -42 - An ordinance amending interim ordinance adopted in Council File 00 -1117
establishing a moratorium on the issuance of building and zoning permits necessary to establish or
otherwise enlarge methadone outpatient treatment services pending completion of a study and any
possible amendments to the City's Comprehensive Plan or Zoning Ordinance deemed necessary to give
effect to the study.
