Resolution - 01 -158 - Requesting the Historic Preservation Commission to undertake a study for the purpose of developing a policy for EAW /EIS assessment of demolition permit requests involving non - historical structures located in designated historic districts. 9. Resolution - 01 -159 - Concerning pending proposals before the 2001 Session of the Minnesota Legislature. 10. Resolution - 01 -160 - Approving the decision of the Legislative Hearing Officer on Property Code Enforcement Appeals for property located at 1330 St. Clair Avenue, 652 Stryker Avenue, 481 -483 Edmund Avenue, 1280 Grand Avenue, and 495 Montrose Lane. 11. Resolution - 01 -161 - Accepting a gift of airline tickets from the Minnesota Film Board for a trip to the "Locations Expo 2001" in Los Angeles by the Film Liaison and declaring the trip as a public purpose. 12. Resolution - 01 -162 - Establishing a financing and spending plan in the Division of Code Enforcement for Truth -in -Sale of Housing evaluator and evaluator applicant seminar. 13. Resolution - 01 -163 - Authorizing the Office of License, Inspections and Environmental Protection to enter into an agreement to provides services to the City of Maplewood to implement the deer management program. 14. Resolution - 01 -165 - Authorizing the Police Department to enter into an agreement with the City of Roseville to continue to provide fire dispatching services. 16. Resolution - 01 -166 - Authorizing the Police Department to enter into an agreement, which includes an indemnification clause, with District Six Planning Council for project coordination of Police Department issues at the East Consolidated Weed and Seed site. 17. Resolution - 01 -167 - Authorizing the Police Department to enter into an agreement, which includes an indemnification clause, with Merrick Community Services for project coordination of Police Department issues at the Summit University Weed and Seed site. 18. Resolution - 01 -168 - Authorizing the Department of Planning and Economic development to begin the process of creating a Mixed Income Housing Development Fund. 19. Resolution - 01 -169 - Authorizing the Department of Planning and Economic Development to begin the process of developing an Interim Construction Financing Program. 20. Preliminary Order - 01 -170 - In the matter of construction and future maintenance of the Ogden, Winthrop sanitary sewer project along Ogden Avenue, Winthrop Street, Boxwood Avenue, Ogden Court and in an area approximately 160 feet north of Ogden Court, and setting date of public hearing for March 7, 2001. Preliminary Order - 01 -171 - In the matter of construction of a sanitary sewer in Point Douglas Road, from Carver Avenue to the south City limits, including restoration in kind and all other work necessary to complete the project, and setting date of public hearing for March 7, 2001. Resolution - 01 -112 - Approving a contract for Redevelopment between Target Corporation and the City of Saint Paul to assist in the interior and exterior redesign and renovation of the downtown Dayton's (Marshall Field's). (Public hearing held and laid over from February 7) ORDINANCES NOTE: AN ORDINANCE IS A CITY LA W ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. Second Reading - 01 -154 - An ordinance amending Chapter 426 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code to establish a definition of entertainment and to eliminate the reference to a liquor license. 24. Second Reading - 01 -156 - An ordinance amending C.F. 00 -1043, adopted November 22, 2000, which imposed a moratorium on the use of property in the area presently under study for the White Bear Avenue Area Study pending completion of the study and any possible amendments to the City's Comprehensive Plan or Zoning Ordinance deemed necessary to give effect to the study. 25.
