Resolution - 00 -743 - Approving the amended 2000 budget in the Department of Planning and Economic Development for the Saint Paul Housing Information Center. 19. Resolution- 00 -744 - Amending assessments for neighborhood parcels and adding the cost of lighting assessments to Hamline University for the Hewitt /Aldine Residential Street Paving and Lighting Project. Resolution Approving Assessment - 00 -747 - In the matter of construction of a water main and service connections in Boxwood Avenue from approximately 260 feet west of McKnight Road to approximately 540 feet west of McKnight Road, and setting date of public hearing for October 4, 2000. Resolution Approving Assessment - 00 -748 - In the matter of the Charles/ Chatsworth Residential Street Paving and Lighting Project, and setting date of public hearing for September 6, 2000. (File 418912) DISCUSSION 24. Resolution - 00 -711 - Authorizing the Police Department to accept a $3,000 grant from the Minnesota Department of Public Safety to be used towards targeting adult providers of alcohol to minors. (Laid over from August 2) 25. Resolution - 00 -712 - Authorizing the Police Department to accept a $5,000 grant from the Minnesota Department of Public Safety to be used for liquor compliance checks. (Laid over from August 2) 26. Update by Bill Gunther, Environmental Health Director (LISP), on issues related to noise and odor at the Minnesota Brewing Company /Gopher State Ethanol Plant. (Update requested by the Council on August 9) ORDINANCES 27. First Reading - 00 -749 - An ordinance amending Saint Paul Legislative Code Section 33.04 by inserting the 50% reduction of all housing related permits as part of an extension of a pilot program to increase housing in Saint Paul.
