6. Letter from the Department of Planning and Economic Development announcing a public hearing

Vento) Regional Trail construction.
9. Resolution - 00 -670 - Suspending all licenses held by Dinner Club 2000, Inc., 1177 Clarence Street,

River Watershed Management Organization.

ORDINANCES
25. First Reading - 00 -685 - An ordinance amending Council File 97 -1568, an interim ordinance
preserving the status quo with respect to advertising signs, to permit advertising signs at the new hockey
arena.
26. First Reading - 00 -686 - An ordinance amending Saint Paul Legislative Code Chapter 66, Section
66.103.A, pertaining to the definition of advertising signs and adding new language to Section 66.214 to
permit and regulate advertising signs at sports facilities.

27. Third Reading - 00 -657 - An ordinance authorizing the Port Authority to issue bonds in the principal
amount not to exceed $4,500,000, for the Great Northern Business Center - Phase I, which will produce
at least $4,000,000 for project costs and authorizing the Port Authority to pledge the City's general
obligation to the full amount of these bonds.
28. Report of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) concerning the application for Pool and Billiard Hall
and related licenses by Thu Dinh Trinh, dba Song Thanh Billiard, 995 University Avenue West.

32. Resolution - 00 -688 - To consider the application for a sound level variance by Schwietz Saloon,
956 Payne Avenue, to allow live music during the Payne- Arcade Harvest Festival 2000 from 8:30 p.m.
to 12:30 a.m. on September 14, 15 and 16, 2000.
33. Final Order - 00 -438 - In the matter of installation of a sanitary sewer and service connections in
