Enforcement Appeals for property located at 1171 Selby Avenue; 1603, 1609, 1615, 1921, 1929 Ford
Parkway, 1469 Randolph Avenue, 469 Pascal Street South, and 681 Oakland Avenue; 1161 St. Clair
Avenue; 795 Sixth Street East; 748 Linwood Avenue; 769 Payne Avenue; 927 Hudson Road; and 833
Grand Avenue.
11. Resolution - 00 -662 - Increasing the spending authority of the Division of Parks and Recreation by
$500,000.00 to allow the Division to clean up the City of tree debris resulting from storm damage.
12. Resolution - 00 -663 - Renaming a budget activity in the Mayor's Special Fund to account for
purchases and sales of the "Snoopy Sculptures," and increasing the current project budget to account for
additional orders of the sculptures.

19. Second Reading - 00 -657 - An ordinance authorizing the Port Authority to issue bonds in the
principal amount not to exceed $4,500,000, for the Great Northern Business Center - Phase I, which will
produce at least $4,000,000 for project costs and authorizing the Port Authority to pledge the City's
general obligation to the full amount of these bonds.
