9. Resolution - 00 -485 - Amending Harriet Island Park Redevelopment budget to accept additional
private funds from Target Corporation.
10. Resolution - 00 -486 - Requesting and concurring with participation of the Trust for Public Land in
the acquisition of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad (BNSF) property in the Lower Phalen
Creek Area.
11. Resolution - 00 -487 - Transferring sixteen (16) taxicab licenses from Airport and Airline Taxi
Corporation to Yellow Taxicab Service Corporation.
12. Resolution - 00 -488 - Authorizing the reconveyance of a portion of tax forfeited property for the
Fifth Street Commons Housing Development Project to fully develop their site with 32 single - family
town homes.
13. Resolution - 00 -489 - Amending the 2000 spending and financing plans in the Office of LIEP to
provide funding for two new inspection positions.
14. Resolution - 00 -490 - Commenting on Federal Rule Number 1999 -6439 which mandates the use of

21. Final Adoption - 00 -374 - An ordinance amending Chapter 170 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code to
permit dogs to be unrestrained in posted off -leash dog areas of the Saint Paul park system. (Substitute
introduced and amended on May 17)
22. Final Adoption - 00 -375 - An ordinance amending Chapter 200 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code to
permit dogs to be in posted off -leash dog areas without restraints. (Substitute introduced and amended
on May 17)
23. First Reading - 00 -497 - An ordinance finalizing City Council action granting the appeal, with
conditions, of Mr. Pong Yun Kim to a decision of the Planning Commission denying him a special
condition use permit for a billiard hall at 681 North Snelling Avenue. (Public hearing held April 12,
2000)

Coners for failure to enroll in the required taxicab driver training course. (Laid over from April 5)
