2000, to consider the petition of Three Bears, LLC to vacate a portion of Drewry Lane to allow
construction of a parking lot for a proposed charter school.
5. Letter from the Office of the City Attorney announcing a public hearing before the City Council on

7. Resolution - 00 -470 - Amending the fringe benefits, and the City's continuation of such benefits,
granted to non - represented management and legislative personnel. (To be laid over to May 24 for
adoption)
8. Resolution - 00 -471 - Clarifying the fringe benefit package and the City contribution as established by
City ordinance and resolution for elected officials. (To be laid over to May 24 for adoption)
9. Resolution - 00 -472 - Approving additional spending of $41,319 from various Public Works funds to
Information Services for an Information Services employee (System Support Specialist 11) who will
work with Public Works Maintenance Operations to provide Computer /Technological assistance.
10. Resolution - 00 -473 - Amending the spending and financing plan of the Troutbrook Sewer project
and closing the project.
11. Resolution - 00 -474 - Placing a deed restriction on Battle Creek Recreation Center for the Division
of Parks and Recreation.
12. Resolution - 00 -475 - Placing a deed restriction on Hazel Park Recreation Center for the Division of
Parks and Recreation.
13. Resolution - 00 -476 - Placing a deed restriction on Groveland Recreation Center for the Division of
Parks and Recreation.
14. Resolution - 00 -477 - Holding the State of Minnesota harmless for granting a variance on Municipal
State Aid (MSA) Street 115 (Case Avenue between Forest Street and Duchess Street).
15. Resolution - 00 -478 - Amending the spending and financing plan of the Ohio- George to Annapolis
and Selby Avenue Bridge projects.
16. Resolution - 00 -479- Amending the spending and financing plan of the 1996 & 2000 Larpenteur-
Hamline to Dale projects.

permit dogs to be unrestrained in posted off -leash dog areas of the Saint Paul park system. (Laid over

20. Final Adoption - 00 -375 - An ordinance amending Chapter 200 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code to
permit dogs to be in posted off -leash dog areas without restraints. (Laid over from May 10)
21. Second Reading - 00 -457- An ordinance amending Saint Paul Legislative Code Chapter 310
correcting an error in the fee schedule for a Mobile Food (Limited) license.
