24. Final Adoption - 00 -374 - An ordinance amending Chapter 170 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code to
permit dogs to be unrestrained in posted off -leash dog areas of the Saint Paul park system.
25. Final Adoption - 00 -375 - An ordinance amending Chapter 200 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code to
permit dogs to be in posted off -leash dog areas without restraints.
26. First Reading - 00 -457- An ordinance amending Saint Paul Legislative Code Chapter 310 correcting
an error in the fee schedule for a Mobile Food (Limited) license.

28. Resolution - 00 -74 - Vacating an alley located within an area currently used as a parking lot on the
southwest corner of Grand Avenue and Victoria Street allowing consolidation of the separate lots into
